Cancellation Policy
At Ovora Atelier, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for my time and other clients, I ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
I understand that life happens — please reach out as soon as possible if something comes up. Fees may be waived at my discretion for genuine emergencies.
